Al was awesome. He came same day to fix my treadmill, helped me to get the required parts in advance when the manufacturer was giving me problems. Price was more then reasonable and service was super quick and excellent. Highly recommend, I will definitely use Al + MFT services in the future if I need to.

2 days ago, we found and contacted MFT. Al from MFT replied very quickly. We told Al that we had our brand-new treadmill in the garage, and we would like it to be moved to our basement and assembled.
During the friendly communication, we made a short video to show the path from the garage to the basement, especial about the stairs that is very high and narrow in our old house.
Al replied us that they can do the job, and offered us a very very good price to do that. At the beginning, I cannot believe the price was so good, but it was true ????
This morning, Al and Louie came on time, very polite and professional. Al went to the basement to check the place, at the same time, Louse opened the cardboard box to prepare for moving. Al then came up and joined Louie preparing for the move. They were very skillful, very experienced and very quick, no more than 5 minutes, this over 300 pounds treadmill had been moved from garage to our basement. Amazing ????
After assembling the treadmill, they cleaned up the material to the cardboard box, telling us how to handle this big box ????
Since they arrived at our place, they moved the treadmill from our garage to our basement, installed the treadmill and they left, no more than about 1 hour.
As you can tell we are very happy customers and would highly recommend their services.

I purchased an elliptical hoping to shed some of my COVID-19, if you know what I mean. I used it once and it burned out the first time my husband tried to use it. Al, working with the company, called to let me know that he was backed up, but he would call me as soon as there was a cancellation. I didn't expect him until August, but he came a month early. He had to make two trips to fix the problem with my elliptical, and he was a professional gentleman, even taking the time to let me know what the problem was in the first place and letting me know how to prevent it in the future. I'll be sure to give him a call when I inevitably have to take apart and move the darn thing. Thanks again, Al.

Used these guys to disassemble, move and reassemble my treadmill. Did an extremely good job. They were quick, efficient and arrived on time during the time frame provided giving me a call 15 mins before they arrived. They did the job extremely well. To top it off they gave $20 off their original quote. Will use them again in the future if I need to move my treadmill again.

I called the number on the website an hour after the store closed. I figured a repair store would be a good place to call before buying a new treadmill. I'm uncertain who I was talking to but they answered the phone, were super polite, and gave some great tips although I wasn't purchasing anything from them. This is a pre-emptive five star. :-) We had a "health check" service call planned, but our treadmill started going wonky before he could come. Al called us to discuss the issues and we determined it wasn't worth the time and effort (burnt out motor).
We greatly appreciate him taking the time not only to call and discuss, but also not to waste the time/money. Al's definitely at the top of our list for next time something happens.

Our treadmill broke down in middle of winter. When I contacted MBFT Home Services, Alain the owner of this company told us that he was booked solid till end of April. When I explained to him that treadmill is the only means of some exercise for my wife due to some health reasons, he went out of his way to find time and fixed our treadmill. His charges are most reasonable. We highly recommend him for the job well done.

I have an older spinner stationary bike that needed a small but complicated repair. Alain took on the repair and completed it successfully and very quickly. I just finished a long spinning session on iy and it worked wonderfully.
